As a high-end CNC machine tool renowned for its high precision, efficiency, and versatility, the ULW-600 will serve as a dynamic demonstration platform. Through live showcases and hands-on training, customers can directly experience how Ultrasonic-Green Machining Technology delivers core value for manufacturing transformation. Furthermore, our teams will leverage this showroom to conduct joint R&D, process optimization, and enhanced after-sales support. This creates a full-chain service loop—from equipment demonstration to technology implementation—providing more efficient and superior one-stop turnkey machining solutions for customers across semiconductors, aviation, medical, consumer electronics, and other industries.

The newly installed ULW-600 features ultrasonic machining technology that effectively addresses challenges in processing difficult-to-machine materials. It offers optional ScCO2 Cryogenic Cooling or Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) technology for environmentally friendly production. With a maximum spindle speed of 40,000 rpm/min, repeatability of 3µm, and configurations for 4-axis or 5-axis rotary tables, it meets intensive production demands, suited for micro-hole and high-gloss surface machining of precision components made from hard-brittle materials, composites, and difficult-to-cut metals. Conprofe has a recently proven solution in the micro-hole drilling of engineering plastic probe card, and the outcomes are self-evident: stable micro-hole drilling for D0.22mm / D0.31mm holes, with burr size reduced by 72% from 0.095mm to 0.027mm and burr coverage ratio reduced from 5% to as low as 1%; the minimum hole pitch: 0.35mm, and the thinnest hole wall: 0.12mm, with excellent wall thickness uniformity and integrity.

Building upon the strategic partnership officially established between Conprofe and RATC at the CIMT 2025 exhibition held from April 21st to 26th this year, RATC, as an authorized distributor of Conprofe, will promote and sell Conprofe’s series of Ultrasonic-Green CNC Machine Tools, Solid PCD Cutting Tools, Ultrasonic Pneumatic Drills, and related products across mainland China and relevant overseas markets.
