Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL)


1. Technical Principle:

  • Atomize the mixture of compressed air and minimum lubricating oil to micron-sized aerosol particles

  • Aerosol particles rapidly penetrate the cutting interface to form a film for lubrication

  • Effectively reduce the friction coefficient and realize efficient cutting lubrication

  • Fast-acting suspended oil mist aerosol particles system

  • Automatic lubricant flow adjustment for tool changes

Supercritical CO2 Cooling Technology


1. Technical Principle:

It transforms supercritical CO2 fluid into a low-temperature medium (-78°C) for cooling, and the low-temperature medium will rapidly expand, absorb heat and form low-temperature dry ice particles and CO2 gaseous mixture to achieve rapid cooling and lubrication to the cutting area.

  • Low-temperature cooling (-78°C) for efficient and clean cutting of various hard-to-cut materials

  • Spray Medium: Low-temperature CO2 (gas / dry ice particles)

Cryogenic Air Blasting Technology


Air Blasting offers an innovative machining solution that utilizes cryogenic air (-10°C to -60°C) combined with minimal plant-based lubricant to replace traditional cooling lubricants. By blasting cryogenic air directly onto the cutting zone, it effectively reduces the cutting temperature and minimizes tool wear. The mixture of a small amount of lubricant with cryogenic air further enhances lubrication, suppresses heat generation and significantly extends tool life.
