On April 21, 2025, the 19th China International Machine Tool Show (CIMT 2025) commenced at the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing. We also held a Global Launch event to introduce the Conprofe Dual Ultrasonic-Green 5-Axis Gantry Machining Center to the global market.

– Achieves flexible combination of ultrasonic machining, cryogenic air blasting, and supercritical carbon dioxide cryogenic cooling technologies in composites machining;
– Realizes intelligent ultrasonic closed-loop control, with automatic amplitude measurement to ensure stable ultrasonic machining;
– Enables automatic tool changing between straight-edge cutting blade, cutting disc, assembled cutting tool and milling tool on the same spindle;
– Realize automatic swivel angle measurement of straight-edge cutting blade in ultrasonic cutting;
– Makes a breakthrough in cutting honeycomb composites with a chamfer angle ＜18°;
– Prevents workpiece contamination while the spindle rotates at 24,000rpm.
